Subsequently, the Company expanded into Petrochemical and Petroleum derivatives as part of the Energy Products group. The Partnership with already established GILSONITE Mines in later part of its first year in operation created the basis for the greater ability to produce Modified and road grade bitumen as well as greater Bitumen and WATER Proofing membranes.Following the partnership interests in production assets in mining, refining and processing, SARTITAN evolved from a physical marketing company into a diversified natural resources group and the primary producers of Gilsonite, providing the following Exceptional Services for our customer Gilsonite needs. As a partner with actual mineral Mandates of this product with one of the largest mines in the Middle East; we are able to Micronize in all grades, clean, reduce ash content and nicely package Gilsonite as per our customer specifications at the most competitive price. In 2009, a subsidiary of SARTITAN merged with a Middle Eastern Trading offices and took the control of all existing customer base in Far East and Oceanic market.SARTITAN is a privately held company, wholly owned by its management and key employees.
